An elderly female patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2 NOS), as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: DRUG INEFFECTIVE (medically significant), COVID-19 (medically significant), outcome "unknown" and all described as "COVID". This is for the first Covid of the patient. The patient reported that she was fully vaccinated and had Pfizer shots. No follow-up attempts are possible.
