A 72-year-old female patient received BNT162b2 omicron (kp.2) (COMIRNATY (2024-2025 FORMULA)), as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. Vaccination history included: Bnt162b2 (DOSE 1-DOSE 8, SINGLE (unspecified valent)), for Covid-19 Immunization. The following information was reported: DRUG INEFFECTIVE (medically significant), COVID-19 (medically significant), outcome "unknown" and all described as "COVID". The patient reported that she was fully vaccinated and all of them was Pifizer shots, she thought she have had 9 over the last four years. Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of drug ineffective, covid-19. The patient had taken Paxlovid. No follow-up attempts are possible.
