Reported Symptoms: 10022437:INSOMNIA; 10047666:VIVID DREAMS; Narrative: 95 year old male reports to that he had reaction to moderna vaccine. The vaccine was administered on 7/3/24 and the adverse reaction was reported on 7/8/24 to primary care team. He experienced insomnia and vivd dreams after having the vaccination.
