Reported Symptoms: 10037844:RASH; 10046735:URTICARIA; Narrative: Patient presented to emergency department accompanied by his wife with complaint of allergic reaction to the flu vaccine. He states that he got the vaccine on September 11, 2023 and the next day began having itching and welts.
