Administration of Bexsero after it was activated for an unknown time; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of incorrect storage of drug in a 17-year-old female patient who received Men B NVS (Bexsero) (batch number A5AD4, expiry date 31-JAN-2027) for prophylaxis. On 16-JUL-2025, the patient received Bexsero. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Bexsero, the patient experienced incorrect storage of drug (Verbatim: Administration of Bexsero after it was activated for an unknown time).
