Symptom narrative

My wife had her first dose of the vaccine on 9/8/2021 while in her third trimester and went into premature (5.5 weeks early) labor that night, giving birth the following morning (9/9/2021). I would have reported this sooner had I known this system existed. She got her vaccine from the pharmacy, and gave birth next day at the hospital.
