Site: Itching at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Itch (specify: facial area, extremeties)-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Rash (specify: facial area, extremeties)-Medium, Additional Details: Pt had redness and swelling around the injection site the next day. Applied cold compress and the redness and swelling went down after couple of days. however the left arm started to have red rashs(spots) that are warm to touch and painful and itchy-wanted to get recommendation for alleviation of symptoms.
