Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Mild, Additional Details: Patient was nervous about getting vaccine and had a panic / anxiety attack during administration and fainted for a several seconds. i called 911 the ems responders confimred anxiety attack checked her vitals everything was normal. Her father stated that she had a panic attack as well and she might have been dehydrated. Gave her water and gatorade. Patient and her father refused further assistance from ems once her vitals was checked.
