Symptom narrative

Site: Pain at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Mild, Additional Details: Patient reported that within the first week, there was redness and swelling of the injection site, which is no longer an issue. However, she experiences a constant pain 7/10 of her upper arm/shoulder and limited range of motion. Pt did not go to see a doctor nor has she taken any medicines
