Symptom narrative

Right thigh soft tissue swelling, red and warm to the touch. Patient was prescribed Famotidine 10 mg (1 tab Q12 hrs), and a cool compress was applied in the clinic. Mother provided treatment to the patient with Benadryl 3 hours before the visit.
