Symptom narrative

A few minutes after receiving vaccinations, the patient was checking out at the front desk when they experienced a loss of consciousness and fell to the ground unassisted. The patient was unconscious for roughly 30-45 seconds with muscle rigidity until she regained consciousness and was able to communicate again.
