Mother stated, "His arm id swollen, red, hot to the touch, itchy, and painful." Patient was seen by his primary care provider today 8/4/2025. Provider stated to withhold booster vaccination of HPV in 6 months and to wait until his 16 year old immunizations to give second dose of both immunization at separate sites.
