Memory impairment

Symptom narrative

Patient recieved shingles vaccine and waiting his 15 min of observation after the vaccine . He later went to the store and did some shopping but when he was driving home he could not remember his way home. The patient daughter later called the pharmacy to ask if memory loss was a side effect of the vaccine. I looked into the shingles vaccine and found that there is no correlation of memory loss with the shingles vaccine and let the patient know.
