Symptom narrative

Patient noticed mild swelling and redness in right deltoid and right collar bone 2 days after receiving the vaccine. Application of ice/cooling pack for 10-15 minutes every few hours, ibuprofen 600-800mg q8hr prn, keep shoulder joint moving.
