Symptom narrative

Pt recieved shingrix vaccination in right deltoid at 3pm then called pharmacy to report arm soreness/pain at 6pm. Pt informed that if otc pain medication such as tylenol or motrin may be used as pt did not report any hepatic or renal compromise.

Current illness

Pt reported that they recently had a cold/cough but has already resolved. At the time of vaccination pt and caretaker state he no longer has a cold.

Medical history

Pt reported bone marrow transplant in 2023
