Patient describes spontaneous facial bruising below the right eye with swelling and tenderness. Additionally, she reports scalp sensitivity.

Medical history

Hypothyroidism and osteoporosis.

Other medications

Armour Thyroid 15mg daily, Armour Thyroid 60mg daily, Alendronate 70mg once a week, Lumigan 0.01% opth one drop into each eye in the evening, rosuvastatin 40mg in the evening, spironolactone 50mg twice a day.
