Reported Symptoms: 10011232:COUGHING; Narrative: a 52yr male with PMH of Allergic Rhinitis, GERD, Asthma, Migraine, Plantar Fascial Fibromatosis, Knee Pain, Shoulder Pain, low Back pain, ED and Exposure to potentially hazardous substance. On February 20, 2025, staff RN @ 17:43 reported the patient had a history of influenza vaccine induced ADR of sever cough. The report included, "he became very sick after taking the Flu vaccine and had not taken the vaccine since 2009."
