COVID After Pfizer Shots; COVID After Pfizer Shots; This is a spontaneous report received from a Consumer or other non HCP. A 91-year-old female patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2 NOS), as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) and as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation; COVID-19 vaccine (COVID-19 VACCINE), as dose number unknown, single for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: DRUG INEFFECTIVE (medically significant), COVID-19 (medically significant) all with onset 31Jul2025, outcome "unknown" and all described as "COVID After Pfizer Shots". The patient underwent the following laboratory tests and procedures: SARS-CoV-2 test: (04Aug2025) Positive. Clinical course: During an inbound call for Financial Assistance a Pfizer Representative, stated Patient's husband was calling on behalf of his wife. He did mention that patient was a 91-year-old, and she was given a prescription for Paxlovid. She became sick on Thursday. She had a high fever last night. He gave her a COVID test this morning, and it tested positive. They have had all of the Pfizer shots except this very latest one and they thought they were good. But she tested positive this morning. She called the Doctor, the Doctor called in this prescription, and the pharmacy did not have it in stock. They have ordered it, they were going to have it tomorrow. They don't know what is going to happen because she cannot afford this. He don't know whether he will have to take her to the hospital or what. When asked to speak with the patient, She was asleep in another room and she can not get up to get on the landline.
