Symptom narrative

a few hours after administration mom called and sent pictures. patient's arm in which vaccine was administered is red, swollen, painful and hot to touch. Face broke out in a pimple-like rash that is extremely itchy and experiencing fatigue. No difficulty breathing or shortness of breath.
