Symptom narrative

Patient received vaccine on 08/01, had swelling of arm when she woke up the next morning. Reports that it has continued to spread since then (even as of this morning). The upper arm is red/pink in color, raised (appears swollen). Patient states it is warm to the touch and feels like it has pressure and tingling due to swelling, but does not report any pain or fever at this time.
