Symptom narrative

Breaking out on arms but it looks like hives according to pt. Pt also is breaking out on abdomen that also looks like Hives. She does have pus filled blisters on her legs and toes. Pt says these spots itch really badly. She has gone to doctor and they have wrote prescription for prednisone to alleviate the reaction.
