Symptom narrative

Patient woke up with itchy rash all over body. No trouble breathing. Seen in clinic 8/5/25. HR 100/min. RR 18/min. O2 sat 100% - gen. urticaria, given prednisone, loratadine. Rash resolved but returned for check 8/6/25. Seen in ER, given Epipen dose, prednisone.
