Symptom narrative

I went to my doctors to get a regular physical she stated to me that I needed to get 2 vaccines, hepatitis A and B. 3 later I go to my appointment to get my vaccine. They give me no explanation on what the vaccine is or any side effects. Later that night my arm is so sore to the point that i can?t move it and I cry of pain. I developed a slight fever and an even worse pain the morning following.
