Patient stood up after receiving flu and tetanus shot and stated he was feeling dizzy and sweaty. I had him sit back down and put a ice pack on the back of his neck and had him lean over. his wife got him a gatorade and he drank it. I ask him and his wife if they wanted me to call 911, they said no. He sat for a few more minutes and he felt and looked much better. I gave his wife her flu shot and he said he felt much better and could leave. I asked him to call if he had any problems and asked his his wife if she would drive them home, she said she would. I counseled them on any signs or symptoms to look for if he were to have any later allergic reaction.
