After vaccinating with last immunization HPV in right deltoid. A few minutes later patient began to say she felt nauseated and her skin was clammy. Transferred patient to reclining chair and took vitals. Blood presure was low and elevated her legs in chair. Provider at clini notified, Patient began to feel beter as she sipped on some water. Patient later stated that she did not eat Vitals retaken sevral times with last BP @ 99/69. Patient monitored and discharged home with provider per provider assessing vital signs.
