Hypotonic-Hyporesponsive episode - patient went limp, pale and blue color of the face lasting about 4 minutes

Patient had episode consistent with Hypotonic-Hyporesponsive event about 2-3 hours after receiving Pediarix (DTap/IPV/Hep B), Prevnar 20 and Hiberix
