Patient received 1st Shingrix vaccine 8/5/25. Patient also started a new face cream on 8/7/5 and later has swelling of lips and face.

Medical history

Blood pressure, anxiety, back pain.

Lab data

Patient given oral steroids and EPI pen due to uncertainty of allergic reaction source.
