Symptom narrative

Vaccines administered wed. Baby slept a lot day 2. Acted normal. Large amount of bloody mucous stool in diaper Sunday at 6 pm. Called on call peds at 615. Sent doc pic and they elected to send us to the ER. Arrived at ER around 715 pm. Took vitals and took us back to a room. Baby appeared fine. Notified he had just received vaccines Wednesday several times. Tested stool. Confirmed blood in stool. Ordered ultrasound. Waited almost 2 hours for ultrasound. Doc received normal note from radiology. Given discharge notes and sent home by 11:30 pm
