On 30-JUL-2025, the patient received Menveo (left arm). On 30-JUL-2025, an unknown time after receiving Menveo, the patient experienced inappropriate dose of vaccine administered (Verbatim: Only the liquid portion of the 2 vial Menveo was given) and inappropriate preparation of medication (Verbatim: Only the liquid portion of the 2 vial Menveo was given). The outcome of the inappropriate dose of vaccine administered and inappropriate preparation of medication were not applicable.
