A 77-year-old female patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2 NOS), as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. Patient have been taking the Pfizer vaccine for COVID every six months and today it was reported that patient was still diagnosed with COVID-19 on an unspecified date. She was prescribed with unspecified medication and was very expensive. Outcome of the events was unknown. The information on the batch/lot number for BNT162b2 will be requested and submitted if and when received.
