Symptom narrative

Present at pharmacy with left arm that patient was itchy and bothersome that affected his sleep the night of 8/11/25. Arm appeared slightly red, warm, but not significantly swollen. Patient did not report pain, breathing issues, or fever since receiving Abrysvo. States mild symptoms started the evening of 8/8/25

S/p surgery for knee in 2024, history of multiple bypasses (CAD), back surgery

Benadryl 15 mg at bedtime, hydrocortisone 2.5% cream (applied one time on day of symptom presentation 8/8/25), iron sulfate 325mg, ipratropium nasal spray 0.03%, zinc supplement, vitamin B supplement
