Incomplete course of vaccination

Symptom narrative

I need to start over or continue with the second dose; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received 1st dose some years ago). On an unknown date, the patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient had incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: I need to start over or continue with the second dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 02-AUG-2025 The reporter reported that he/she took 1st shingles vaccine some years ago. The reporter asked did he/she needed to start over or continue with the second dose. Till the time of reporting the patient did not received 2nd dose of Shingrix vaccine which led to incomplete course of vaccination.
