Patient given Tdap upon request. This nurse missed that this patient had a Tdap vaccine on 9/19/24. Immediately notified patient, who was still in office. Notified provider. Pt monitored in office for 30 minutes. Patient is also healthcare professional. Patient denies any adverse effects of vaccination.
