Symptom narrative

Provider did not enter correct vaccine order for child. I caught the mishap and let my provider know, I then was instructed to find the correct order and okayed to sign. After receiving help searching for the correct imm, I found the opposing Meningococcal vaccine and got it ready and administered vaccine to child. Later to find out the vaccine was not correct (wrong imm, wrong age range).
