Patient came into my clinic 8/13/25 for MCV4 and stated she still had a knot on her L ARM from her Men B vaccination on 7/28. Very large knot noted at L Deltoid, Per , only vaccine given that date by above named clinic, lot number provided. Patient and father state lot was significantly larger and reddened and more painful day after vaccination and is improving but is still present on exam 2 weeks post vaccination. I did go ahead and give MCV4 vaccination to R Deltoid (opposite site) as it has been 2 weeks, and she has not had an adverse reaction to other vaccinations in past.
