Symptom narrative

Pt. describes diffuse rash on left arm on the evening of the vaccine approximately 3-4 hours later. Pt. then experienced blurred vision and syncope while sitting at the dinner table. She states she was unconscious for approx. 2 minutes then went to bed and rash was cleared the next morning but she still felt "groggy."
