Symptom narrative

Patient received 2nd vaccine around 10am and returned to the pharmacy at 3pm noting lightheadedness/dizziness and feeling "off". Her blood pressure was elevated (135/82) from her reported baseline (108/76). We gave her cold water and she sat by the pharmacy for 20 minutes. A 2nd blood pressure was taken after 20 minutes and read 136/80. Per patient she was still feeling "off' but safe to drive home. If symptoms worsen or persist longer than 48 hours patient was advised to call MD.
