Symptom narrative

Patient moved knee and kicked while actively injecting MMR vaccine causing unknown amount of vaccine to be administered outside of skin and not given to patient; unknown amount of vaccine was given to patient. Patient parent agreeable to returning for MMR vaccine 1 month after incident. No adverse reaction reported or observed.
