On an unknown date, the patient received Shingles vaccine. On an unknown date, 3 days after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced unknown cause of death (Verbatim: Unknown cause of death) (serious criteria death and GSK medically significant). The reported cause of death was unknown. The reporter considered the unknown cause of death to be possibly related to Shingles vaccine.
