Symptom narrative

No symptoms reported; an expired dose of MMR II was administered to a patient; This spontaneous report was received from a pharmacist and refers to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 22-JUL-2025, the patient was vaccinated with expired measles, mumps, and rubella (wistar ra 27-3) virus vaccine, live (M-M-R II) injection at a dose of 0.5 mL, lot #X018977, expiration date: 13-JUL-2025, for prophylaxis (route of administration and anatomical location were not reported) (Expired product administered). The vaccine was reconstituted with sterile diluent. No symptoms were reported.
