Symptom narrative

During afternoon workout pt developed chest pain and shortness of breath which persisted for 6-7 hours and resulted in ER visit.

Normal cbc, slightly low CO2 (20), K slightly low 3.0, CK 659 (but was lifting weights prior). EKG nsr 87 bpm, right axis deviation. Chest xray normal. CT chest negative for pulmonary embolism. All tests on 8/12/25
