The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 24-Jul-2025, the patient was vaccinated with and expire dose of Rotavirus Vaccine, Live, Oral, Pentavalent (ROTATEQ), Oral solution (lot #X025233, expiration date: 03-Jul-2025), dose number 1, administered by Oral route administered as prophylaxis. The reporter stated that the patient was inadvertently administered of an expired dose of Rotavirus Vaccine, Live, Oral, Pentavalent (ROTATEQ). It was also confirmed that the patient did not experience any symptoms, no additional adverse events.
