Symptom narrative

Patient received RSV and Pneumonia vaccines on 07/28/2025. Initially, no pain was felt, but later experienced pain, throbbing, and bruising. Ice application was ineffective, leading to an ER visit where a shoulder injury was diagnosed due to high administration. Prescribed Tylenol and Tramadol for pain, advised to follow-up with PCP. Patient still in pain, not upset. Apologized and documented incident for follow-up.
