Symptom narrative

Within 5 min after vaccine administration, patient felt dizziness/lightheadedness and her lips turned blue. She was directed to lay down on exam room bed, was given sugar containing drink, and rested around 10 min. After 15 min her lips were back to pink, denied dizziness/lightheadedness, and she felt she was back to normal.
