Symptom narrative

Pt was feeling anxious prior receiving vaccines. She was on the phone with her sister prior, during and before the procedure and explained she does not like needles. When the patient was ready to leave, she fainted, she was conscious and coherent approx 3 seconds after. She refused ambulance and told us it is normal for her to faint when she gets anxious. The patient was given the necessary attention and was able to go home without any consequences.
