Symptom narrative

Sore throat, nasal congestion, nausea, vomiting, chills, body aches and fever (to 103 degrees F). Supportive care with antipyretics and zofran. Fever resolved 2 days after vaccines given. Body aches and nausea resolved by 4 days.
