Symptom narrative

she has not received a second dose; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a female patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received 1st dose in 2021). Concomitant products included rituximab. The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: she has not received a second dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date:29-JUL-2025 The reporter was the patient who received her first dose of Shingrix in 2021. She had not received a second dose. She also stated that her doctor has prescribed Valtrex prophylactically to prevent shingles. Till the time of reporting, the patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix, which led to incomplete course of vaccination.
