Muscle spasmsPain in extremity

Symptom narrative

Muscle spasms up left arm into neck and down back. Improved the next day but pain continued in arm. Worse with movement. Treatments include rest, cool compress, 800mg ibuprofen q6hr advised to notify of any numbness, tingling or color changes start steroid 4mg dose pack. Return to clinic if symptoms do not improve
