A patient (age and gender not provided) received BNT162b2 omicron (kp.2) (COMIRNATY (2024-2025 FORMULA)), as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: MUSCULAR DYSTROPHY (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "problems especially with my muscles, in both arms seem to/ but it shrunk"; GASTROINTESTINAL DISORDER (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "stomach problem"; WEIGHT GAIN POOR (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "I am not able to gain weight". Additional information: Ever since the patient had the shot, the patient had problems especially with muscles, in both arms seem to, it has caused him/her nothing, but it shrunk and had stomach problem.
