Symptom narrative

Patient reported that her arm started swelling and the swelling increased over the days from the time that she received the vaccine to the time that she was seen in the clinic on 8/15/25. Also was experiencing pain, redness, warmth and hardness to vaccine site. MD diagnosis was cellulitis and patient was started on 7 day course of cephalexin 500 mg capsule q6 hours.
